$150K Winning Lottery Ticket Sold In Scotch Plains
The ticket was among 2 sold in Union County to win the third-tier $50K prize. The Power Play Multiplier option raised the prize to $150K.
SCOTCH PLAINS, NJ — It may not have been the jackpot but a ticket sold in Scotch Plains won $150,000 in the Powerball lottery Wednesday, March 27 drawing.
The ticket purchased at Wallis Stationary, at 441 Park Ave., in Scotch Plains won the $50,000 third-tier prize. However, the ticket was also purchased with the Power Play Multiplier option, multiplying the prize to $150,000.
Another lucky ticket was sold in Union County winning a $50,000 third-tier prize. It was sold at US-1 Discount Liquor, 771-773 Edgar Rd., in Elizabeth.

The $768.4 million Powerball jackpot was claimed by a Wisconsin ticket holder.
The winning numbers for the Wednesday drawing were: 16, 20, 37, 44 and 62. The Red Power Ball number was 12. The Multiplier number was 3.

The Powerball jackpot resets to $40 million for the next drawing to be held Saturday, March 30 at 10:59 p.m.
