Borough Of Fanwood: Fanwood Larder Hosts Reception For CarolCare Fundraiser

The Fanwood Larder and owner Eva Pfaff hosted a reception Friday evening, May 21, that featured local reporter and author Fred Rossi and several local craftspeople, all selling wares to help CarolCare, a fundraising effort to help the family of Carol Rachko, a Scotch Plains resident who is fighting a battle with ALS. Rossi was signing copies of his book “Jersey Stories,” a compilation of stories featuring little-known New Jersey historic figures. Also on hand Friday was Locally Yours handmade crafts, Chrissy’s Kitchen private chef and Scout & Cellar Wines. Friday and Saturday, 10% of all purchases will be donated to CarolCare.
