Celebrating its 86th Anniversary, the Fanwood-Scotch Plains College Club continues its tradition to support the pursuit of a college education for young women in our local communities by providing scholarships. To date the College Club has awarded approximately $667,000 in scholarships to 540 young women since its inception in 1933.

Thus year's scholarship awards included a scholarship donated by Nadine Maleski, Esq., a previous College Club recipient and a special education award donated in honor of Elaine Carmen, a current member and in memory of two former members, Carolyn Dittus and Elaine Lyons, all of whom were educators.

A dinner reception was held for the recipients and their families in May. Club Immediate Past President, Melissa Tice and Scholarship Committee Co-Chairs, Tish Isack and Marie Walford made the award presentations.
