The Fanwood Recreation Commission will launch the Free Summer Movie Series at La Grande Park on June 28, with Party in the Park.

The event will feature food, music, laser tag, rides and a nighttime screening of Minions.
It begins at 6 p.m. and the screening will begin at approximately 8:30 p.m.

The free movie series will continue every Tuesday night for eight consecutive weeks, including the following:
- July 5 Goosebumps
- July 12 The Peanuts Movie
- July 19 Guardians of Galaxy (PG-13)
- July 26 Inside Out
- August 2 Cinderella (2015 version)
- August 9 Hotel Transylvania 2
- August 16 The Good Dinosaur
The movies begin at dusk.
Guests should bring a blanket or a beach chair.
