Yasmin Ofek returns to the Scotch Plains Public Library on Friday, March 27 at 10:30am, for the first of a series of monthly gentle fitness classes.
Yasmin’s classes will apply principles from the Feldenkrais Method, which helps to create a better connection between the brain and body—while also strengthening the muscles that keep the body upright. When you develop better awareness of your body through exploring a variety of gentle movements, you can increase your range of motion and achieve better balance and safer movement in your daily activities.
The class will involve sitting and standing alternately, so please wear good sneakers. Registration is limited and required.
