Scotch Plains, Fanwood Primary Election Results 2018

SCOTCH PLAINS/FANWOOD, NJ — Here are the results of the primary election for 2018 in Scotch Plains and Fanwood. (*indicates a winner).

Locally, in Scotch Plains there were no contested races with three Democrats and three Republicans vying for the three four-year township council seats.

Elizabeth C. Stamler - 1,257*

Roshan M. White - 1,209*

Joshua G. Losardo - 1,227*

Republican Township Committee (three four-year seats)

Andrew Bondarowicz - 549*

Sonali Dalvi - 538*

Jeff Kowalczyk - 544*

In Fanwood, there was also no contested races with two Democrats and one Republican vying for the two three-year councilman seats.

Patricia Walsh - 458*

Republican Councilman (two three-year seats)

Brian Walter - 162*

The general election is scheduled for Nov. 6, and whoever is elected will begin their term on January 2019.
