Scotch Plains Public Library to Host Two Foodie Fridays in July

Foodie Friday is back by popular demand at the Scotch Plains Public Library.

The Instant Pot is here to stay! On Friday, July 12 at 10 am, get an overview of how to use the Instant Pot (or any of the modern pressure cookers.) As a demonstration, the librarians will make hands-off steel-cut oatmeal with just the touch of a button; samples will be shared! These programs are for adults and young adults entering grade 8 and up. Priority is given to Scotch Plains and Fanwood cardholders and registration is required.
