“When I came into the insurance business there were few, if any, female agency principals or women in positions of responsibility with carriers,” Law said in a quote from the article. “Now it’s common for women to hold high executive positions with carriers and to own and operate agencies.”

Law began her career with American Insurance Services in 1985 as a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative. During the past 30 years, she built her career at the firm and was named President in 2015. In this role, she also runs two affiliated companies: Comp-Care Brokerage and New Jersey Agency Network.
