Social Media Threat Causes Lockdown At Kenilworth School
This is the second threat received Monday by a Union County school.

KENILWORTH, NJ — A Kenilworth school was placed on lockdown Monday morning following a threat, police said. This is the second threat received Monday by a Union County school.
David Brearley High School received the threat through social media and was placed in lock down for precautionary reasons.
Kenilworth Police found that the threat came from out of district and the lock down at the school was lifted.

Kenilworth Police's school resource officer and special police officer will be available at both public schools for the remainder of the school day.
"We would like to thank everyone for their vigilance and cooperation in the matter," police said.
