The Chakra Crystal Bowls are made of the highest quality (99.992% pure!) quartz crystal, making them incredibly resonant. The tones produced by crystal bowls are not just heard by the ear, you feel them in your body, and with certain tones affecting your energy centers (chakras) for healing, balancing & Clearing. Crystal bowl sound is a form of vibrational medicine, which is based on the idea that an illness can be characterized by the blockages in the energy centers (the chakras).

Crystals can interact with our thoughts. Thoughts are energy forms. When thought energy interacts with a crystal, those thoughts are changed to more harmonic forms, which change brainwave frequencies, showing possible alterations in consciousness. THROAT: blue / 5th / G / throat region
LESSON: Relationships - the right to speak. Learning to express oneself and one’s beliefs (truthful expression). Ability to trust. Loyalty. Organization and planning.

HEART: green / 4th / F / center of chest
LESSON: Relationships - the right to love. Love, forgiveness, compassion. Ability to have self-control. Acceptance of oneself.

SOLAR PLEXUS: yellow / 3rd / E / above the navel, stomach area
LESSON: Personal power - the right to think. Balance of intellect, self-confidence and ego power. Ability to have self-control and humor.

SACRAL: orange / 2nd / D / below navel, lower abdomen
LESSON: Feelings - the right to feel. Connected to our sensing abilities and issues related to feelings. Ability to be social and intimacy issues.

ROOT: red /1st / C / base of spine
LESSON: Survival - the right to exist. Deals with tasks related to the material and physical world. Ability to stand up for oneself and security issues.


6th Chakra: Third Eye Pineal Gland:
Often connected to the forehead. Is a physical eye at the base of the brain with the capabilities of
looking upward. Clairvoyance, psychic abilities, imagination, dreaming
Emotional Intelligence, open mind, impersonal mind. Ability to trust and act on internal direction. Intellectual abilities and skills, ability to evaluate conscious and unconscious insights, receive inspiration, express creativity. Non judgmental.

7th Chakra Crown: Connects you with message from higher realms.
Can be experienced as a pressure on the top of the head. Spiritual connection, understanding, knowing, bliss, God.
