Spring Cleaning? Here's How to Sign Up For Bulk Cleanup in Scotch Plains
The Bulk Cleanup program, which begins June 3, is open to all residents in Scotch Plains.

The Township of Scotch Plains reminds all residents that the deadline for a Spring Cleanup permit is May 30th for all residents and sections.
The Bulk Cleanup program, which begins June 3rd, is open to all residents in Scotch Plains. In order to participate, residents must register either online via the Community Pass link on the Township’s website (www.scotchplainsnj.com), in person at the Recreation Department or by mail. The cost for a permit is $97 and there is a 750 pound weight limit per each permit. Residents may purchase multiple permits.

Residents will receive their permit in the mail prior to their section’s pickup week. Permits must be displayed in a window visible from the street. For a list of what section and week your street’s pickup is, please visit our website and click the “2013 Public Property Messenger” link. Please advise that materials for pickup must be at the curb by that Monday at 7:00 am and cannot be placed out more than 5 days prior to your pickup.
