This includes flat rate tuition. Full time students, those who register for 12 or more credits, pay the same rate for 12 to 18 credits. Registering for at least 15 credits per semester keeps students on track for graduation and is more cost effective.

Registration for fall is currently open. Students are encouraged to register now to create their ideal schedule. Payment for fall classes is not due until August 6. The application to Union is free and can be found at www.ucc.edu. Fall classes start on Wednesday, September 2.

Students need not wait until fall. This summer, Union is offering a wide array of online classes to accommodate both enrolled students and visiting students, those who attend college elsewhere but are interested in taking an affordable summer class and transferring the credits back to their home institution. Available courses include lab sciences, math, English, psychology, history, Spanish, and more.

“Even before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the College’s budget included no tuition increase for our students. We provide a critical service to the residents of Union County: an affordable, accessible, and excellent education. We know cost is important, and our priority was making adjustments elsewhere so we did not have to increase tuition,” stated Union’s President Dr. Margaret M. McMenamin.

While College operations are remote currently, advisors and financial aid assistance are available. Student services questions should be directed to studentservices@ucc.edu or 908-709-7500. Enrolled students may also reach out directly to their advisor with questions.
