• Seaside Heights Motel Agrees to Shut Down, Demolish Building in 2027 As Part of Settlement (shorebeat.com) — A long-troubled Seaside Heights motel will face strict new rules, close seasonally next year, and then shut down for good in September 2027 under a settlement with the borough. The Atlantic Inn must tighten guest screening, bar prom-party rentals, and eventually demolish the building if it still owns the property, while nearly 1,000 municipal cases are resolved for a modest fine. 
• Big Joe Henry Variety Show Seaside Heights 2026 schedule (wearenewjersey.com) — Free Tuesday-night Big Joe Henry Variety Shows are returning to Seaside Heights’ Franklin Avenue stage this July and August, with rain moves into the Beachcomber on Ocean Terrace. Each 7–8:30 p.m. show features a house band, local up-and-coming performers, and rotating headliners, giving residents and visitors a weekly reason to bring a beach chair and enjoy live entertainment on the boardwalk.
