• $193M Garden State Parkway Project Planned For Ocean County (jerseyshoreonline.com) — If you drive between Seaside Heights and the Parkway, expect big changes ahead: a $193 million reconstruction of the Garden State Parkway between Exits 80 and 83 will overhaul ramps, bridges, and safety features near Route 37. Starting in 2027 and lasting about four years, the work targets high-crash interchanges, including Exit 82, a key route to Seaside Heights and other barrier island towns.
