Avoid Meadowlands Parkway In Secaucus; Very Badly Flooded

SECAUCUS, NJ — As of 8:30 a.m. Friday avoid Meadowlands Parkway in Secaucus. The road is very badly flooded.

The roadway is flooded and cars have been abandoned in the roadway.

This is predicted high tide flooding from the Hackensack River, plus last night's heavy rain.

The expected Artic cold front is expected to arrive in New Jersey around 10 a.m. It is unclear how much of this water will recede before the freeze.
