Drill At Secaucus High School Canceled Thursday

Many people had to be rescued from cars submerged in water last night, said Secaucus Police Chief Dennis Miller.

SECAUCUS, NJ — The active shooter drill scheduled to take place at Secaucus High School Thursday has been canceled due to all the flooding the town experienced in last night's storm.

The drill has been postponed; a new date has not been determined.

"Many" people had to be rescued from cars submerged in water last night, said Secaucus Police Chief Dennis Miller. He did not give an exact number.
