SECAUCUS, NJ — All Secaucus schools will be closed again Tuesday, for the second day in a row.
As a direct result of the storm, the Secaucus Police Department has responded to:
• 6 motor vehicle crashes
• 16 disabled or out-of-control vehicles
• 14 fire and burglar alarms

Also, a man collapsed Sunday evening near Huber Street School but police did not release what caused him to collapse. Police Chief Dennis Miller said he did not think the man collapsed while shoveling snow. His collapse may have been unrelated to the blizzard.
However, the collapse was serious and Secaucus Police officers arriving on the scene had to form CPR and used an AED on the man. He was taken to the hospital for further care.

"I would also like to commend the Secaucus Department of Public Works, under the leadership of Kevin O’Connor, for their impressive and continuous efforts to keep our roads as safe as possible."
