Man Exposed Himself At Secaucus Kohl's, Police Say

The man, 28, from West New York, exposed himself while in the "juniors" section of the store, said Secaucus police.

SECAUCUS, NJ — As first reported in this week's Secaucus police blotter, a man exposed himself inside the Secaucus Kohl's last Thursday, police allege.

The incident happened at about 3:40 p.m. last Thursday, May 2 inside the store: The man, 28, from West New York, exposed his penis while in the "juniors" section of the store, said Secaucus police.

Other adult shoppers saw him and reported the incident to management, who called police, said Secaucus Police Capt. Dennis Miller.

Javier Salcedo of West New York, was arrested the next day, Friday, May 3 and charged with lewdness.

Capt. Miller said that based on witness statements and “independent corroboration,” enough evidence was gathered to charge him.
