SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus police and unedited by Patch, all the arrests in town last week:
On April 29 at 7:41 a.m., Secaucus police observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the parking lot of the Red Roof Inn, located at 15 Meadowlands Parkway. During the investigation, the police arrested a 30-year-old man, Samuel Winn of Rembert, South Carolina for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Mr. Winn was served his complaint summons and was released from custody.
On May 1 at 10:38 a.m., officers from the Guttenberg police department responded to Secaucus police headquarters to transfer custody of a 29-year-old man, Juan Negroni of North Bergen for one outstanding warrant out of Secaucus in the amount of $500. Mr. Negroni was brought to the Secaucus Municipal Court where he was released on his own recognizance and was provided a new court date and subsequently released from custody.

On May 2 at 11:54 p.m., officers from the Emerson police department responded to Secaucus police headquarters to transfer custody of a 44-year-old man, Jamie Morgan of Brooklyn, NY for one outstanding warrant out of Secaucus in the amount of $1,000. Mr. Morgan was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On May 3 at 10:31 a.m., Secaucus police responded to 79 County Ave on a report of a suspicious man causing a traffic hazard. During the investigation, the police arrested a 22-year-old man, Matthew Griffin of Old Bridge, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Heroin, Possession of a Hypodermic Needle and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Mr. Griffin was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On May 2 at 3:40 p.m., Secaucus police responded to Kohls located at 3 Millcreek Drive on a report of a male exposing himself. On May 3 at 5:21 p.m., in furtherance of the investigation, the police arrested a 28-year-old male, Javier Salcedo of West New York, NJ for Lewdness. Mr. Salcedo was served his complaint summons and was released from custody.
On May 5 at 7:19 a.m., officers from the Bayonne police department responded to Secaucus police headquarters to transfer custody of a 36-year-old male, Rashid Pinkney of Jersey City, NJ for one outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $500. Mr. Pinkney was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
