Man Shoplifted At Secaucus CVS, Had Heroin On Him, Say Police
This happened last Wednesday afternoon, before 5 p.m., and he was found behind China Chef, say police.

SECAUCUS, NJ — A man who police say shoplifted at the Secaucus CVS last week had heroin on him at the time, say officers.
The alleged shoplifting happened last Wednesday, Feb. 16 in the afternoon: Secaucus Police say they saw stopped a man who appeared "suspicious" behind China Chef at 5:05 p.m.
Police say Lovett Rodriguez, 31, of Jersey City Rodriguez had just been involved in a shoplifting at the CVS. He was charged with shoplifting, heroin possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was also wanted on two outstanding NCIC warrants from Ocean County and Hudson County. He was taken to the Hudson County Jail.
