North Arlington Baby Who Died Had Been Abused Since Birth: Report
The two-month-old infant who died earlier this year in North Arlington had been physically abused since she was born, a report said.
NORTH ARLINGTON, NJ — The two-month-old infant who died earlier this year in North Arlington had been physically abused since she was born, a report said.
NJ.com cited a criminal complaint as saying the abuse began around the time the baby girl was born in October 2021 and continued until she was hospitalized with "numerous injuries" in December.

An autopsy on the child found brain bleeds, hemorrhaging in her retina, and broken ribs and a broken femur, the report said.
The baby's parents, Aaron Medrano and Patricia Artese of North Arlington, face several charges. Medrano faces first-degree murder charges and was recently released from jail to await trial, according to NorthJersey.com.
