NJ Transit Riders Hit With Another Round of Penn Station Delays (shorenewsnetwork.com) — Secaucus commuters face more headaches as NJ Transit warns that from Oct. 11 to Nov. 14, weekday trains will sometimes run on a single track between Newark and Secaucus, cutting capacity into Penn Station.
