Secaucus Man, 2 Others Sold Drugs In West New York, Police Charge
A Secaucus resident and two other men were arrested in West New York last week, where Secaucus Police say they were selling heroin and more:
SECAUCUS, NJ — A Secaucus resident and two other men were arrested in West New York last week, where Secaucus Police say they were selling drugs that included heroin and crack cocaine.
The three men were arrested Feb. 15 in West New York by members of the Secaucus Police Department's Anti-Crime Unit, which had been doing an ongoing investigation.
William Shutte, 29, of Secaucus, Jason Flores, 36, of Teaneck and Isiah Medina, 27 of Union City were all taken into police custody and charged with the following:

- Possession with the Intent to Distribute Crack/Cocaine [2C:35-5b(3)]
- Possession with the Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine [2C:35-5b(9)]
- Four counts of Possession of CDS (Heroin, Methamphetamine, Cocaine, Xanax) [2C:35-10a(1)]
- Possession with the Intent to Distribute within 500 feet of a Public Park [2C:35-7.1]
- Possession with the Intent to Distribute Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-3]
All were lodged in the Hudson County Jail.
