SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police, all of last week's arrests:
On April 10 at 2:21 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Home Depot located at 1055 Paterson Plank Road on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 50-year-old male, Kirk Mixson of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hoboken, NJ in the amount of $2,500.00 with a 10% option, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hoboken, NJ in the amount of $2,500.00 with a 10% option, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hoboken, NJ in the amount of $2,500.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ with no bail, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $100.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $100.00. Mr. Mixson was also charged with Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)] and Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] for providing false information to the police. Mr. Mixson was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On April 10 at 7:18 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the property of 501 New County Avenue on a report of a motor vehicle crash. During the investigation, the police arrested a 42-year-old male, Mark Vieira of Rutherford, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Vieira was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with 1 additional motor vehicle summons and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On April 11 at 1:22 a.m. during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 19-year-old male, Alisael Mendez of Paterson, NJ for Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] for providing false information to the police. Mr. Mendez was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On April 11 at 7:46 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the area of Buchmuller Park and Plaza Centre Road on a report of a female exposing her breasts to passing vehicles. During the investigation, the police arrested a 22-year-old female, Edgardo Perez-Gonzalez of Queens, NY for Lewdness [2C:14-4B(1)], Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A(1)] and Loitering for the Purpose of Prostitution [2C:34-1.1B(1)]. Ms. Perez-Gonzalez was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On April 13 at 11:25 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 49-year-old male, Darryl Williams of Bayonne, NJ for Exhibiting False Government Documents [2C:21-2.1C]. Mr. Williams was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Rahway, NJ in the amount of $200.00 with a 10% option. The Rahway Police Department did release Mr. Williams on his own recognizance pending a future court date. Mr. Williams was issued his complaint summons along with 3 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.
On April 14 at 5:17 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 53-year-old male, James Bogar of Perth Amboy, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Essex County Sheriff’s Office with no bail. Mr. Bogar was also charged with Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)]. Mr. Bogar was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On April 16 at 12:45 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 29-year-old female, Yasmine Omran of Wood Ridge, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Ms. Omran was issued her motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with additional 2 motor vehicle summonses and she was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
On April 16 at 11:15 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Rahway Police Department to take into custody a 30-year-old male, Michael Rabatin of Elizabeth, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $600.00. Mr. Rabatin was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On April 16 at 10:04 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the NJ State Police Barracks to take into custody a 30-year-old female, Lauren Ell out of Secaucus, NJ for having 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000. Ms. Ell was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Wharton Boro, NJ in the amount of $2,500.00 with a 10% option along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Paramus, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Ms. Ell was unable to post bail for the involved warrants and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
