SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police, all of last week's arrests:
On April 25 at 1:23 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Home Depot located at 1055 Paterson Plank Road on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 59-year-old male of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hoboken, NJ in the amount of $605.00 with a 10% option. He was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and he was subsequently transported to the Hoboken Police Department.
On April 25 at 6:21 p.m., following an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department in regards to an incident involving theft of mislaid property and fraudulent use of a credit card, the Secaucus Police arrested a 20-year-old male, Raymond Ramos of Secaucus, NJ for Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card [2C:21-6H] and Credit Card Theft [2C:21-6C(1)]. Ramos was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On April 26 at 8:25 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to the East Hanover Police Department to take into custody a 31 year old male of East Orange, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $500.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Saddle Brook, NJ in the amount of $250.00. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.
On April 27 at 1:15 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Hillside Police Department to take into custody a 44 year old male of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $100. He was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On April 27 at 10:01 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Red Lobster located at 700 Plaza Drive on a report of individuals attempting to use a stolen credit card. During the investigation, the police arrested a 24-year-old female, Khloud Ghazy of North Bergen, NJ for Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card [2C:21-6H] and Credit Card Theft [2C:21-6C(2)]. Ghazy was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On April 28 at 9:36 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to the area of Trolley Park and Jacob’s Landing Way on a report of a male who was inside a vacant apartment. The male was reportedly attempting to flee the area at the time it was reported to the police. After a foot pursuit, the police arrested a 23-year-old male, Jose Santospena of Yonkers, NY for Criminal Trespass [2C:18-3A], Obstructing the Administration of Law [2C:29-1A] and Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A(1)]. Santospena was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On April 28 at 9:58 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to Burlington Coat Factory located at 31 Millcreek Drive on a report of two suspicious males inside the store who had been known by the establishment to have shoplifted in the past. During the investigation, the police arrested a 46-year-old male of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ with no bail. He was issued three motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently transported to the Jersey City Police Department.
On April 30 at 1:52 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 33-year-old male of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $2,000.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Clark was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.
On April 30 at 7:22 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 27-year-old male of Brooklyn, NY for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Kearny, NJ in the amount of $1,000.0 He was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
On May 1 at 12:03 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 25-year-old male of Passaic, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Toms River, NJ in the amount of $500.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Elizabeth, NJ in the amount of $500.00 with a 10% option. He was able to post bail for the warrant issued out of Elizabeth, NJ. Toms River PD released him on his own recognizance pending a future court date. He was issued 4 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
On May 1 at 4:10 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 39-year-old male of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $150. The Jersey City Police Department released him on his own recognizance pending a future court date. He was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
