SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police, all of last week's arrests:

On Feb. 6 at 8:44 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 24-year-old male, Carlos Tobarchacon of Paterson, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Totowa, NJ in the amount of $750. The Totowa Police Department did release Mr. Tobarchacon on his own recognizance pending a future court date. Mr. Tobarchacon was issued two motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On Feb. 7 at 8:56 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 32-year-old male, Mohamedkarm Mohamed of Woodbridge, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Woodbridge, NJ in the amount of $2,500.00 along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of North Bergen, NJ in the amount of $2,500.00 with a 10% option, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of East Hanover, NJ in the amount of $3,500.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Bayonne, NJ in the amount of $981.00 with a 10% option, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Fairfield, NJ in the amount of $750.00 with a 10% option, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Bayonne, NJ in the amount of $330.00 with a 10% option and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Carteret, NJ in the amount of $89.00. Mr. Mohamed was unable to post bail for the involved warrants, was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On Feb. 9 at 1:13 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 19-year-old male, Jonnathan Zumbaguaman of Brooklyn, NY for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Zumbaguaman was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 4 motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On Feb. 10 at 12:15 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 21-year-old male, Ravin Patel of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of West New York, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00 along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hardyston, NJ in the amount of $1,250.00 with a 10 % option and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of West Milford, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Mr. Patel was unable to post bail for the involved warrants, was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently transported to the West New York Police Department.

On Feb. 10 at 7:29 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 21-year-old male, Ender Acosta of North Bergen, NJ for Providing Alcohol to Minors [2C:33-17] and Purchasing Nicotine Vapes for Persons under 19 years of age [2A:170-51.1]. Mr. Acosta was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
