SECAUCUS, NJ — All of last week's arrests:
On Jan. 10 at 1:09 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 22-year-old male of Brooklyn, NY for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of Hackensack, NJ with no bail. Officers from the Hackensack Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters to take custody of him. He was issued one motor vehicle summons and was released into the custody of the Hackensack Police Department.
On Jan. 10 at 4:00 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to 8th Street on a report that a vehicle was taken without permission. During the investigation, the police arrested a 15-year-old juvenile from Secaucus, NJ for Eluding [2C:29-2B] and Unlawful Taking of Means of Conveyance [2C:20-10B]. The involved juvenile was issued her juvenile complaint summons and was subsequently transported to the Essex County Juvenile Detention Center.

On Jan. 11 at 4:46 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Essex County Correctional Facility to take into custody a 33-year-old male of Orange, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $500. He was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On Jan. 12 at 8:26 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 28-year-old male Lamir Bradley of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Bayonne, NJ in the amount of $3,000 with a 10% option, along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount $400 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $25. He was also charged with Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] for providing false information. Bradley was able to post bail for the involved warrants, was issued his complaint summons along with 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On Jan. 12 at 9:30 p.m., in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department in relation to numerous burglaries and thefts that occurred at 2 Day Transportation located at 901 Castle Road on 12/19/2021, 12/24/2021, 12/25/2021 and 01/10/2022, the police arrested a 47-year-old male, Trent Janulis of Secaucus, NJ and a 48-year-old male, Michael Schmidt of Jersey City, NJ for 4 counts of Burglary [2C:18-2A(1)], 4 counts of Conspiracy to commit Burglary [2C:5-2A(1)] and 3 counts of Theft [2C:20-3A]. Janulis was also charged with Criminal Attempt to commit Burglary [2C:5-1A(1)], Defiant Trespassing [2C:18-3B(3)], Possession of CDS believed to be Suboxone [2C:35-10A(1)] and Possession of a Prescription Drug believed to be Viagra [2C:35-10.5E(2)]. Mr. Schmidt was also charged with Possession of CDS believed to be Suboxone [2C:35-10A(1)]. Both men were issued their complaint warrants and were subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On Jan. 13 at 2:59 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 71-year-old male of Hackensack, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hackensack, NJ in the amount of $500. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
On Jan. 13 at 3:31 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the parking lot of 80 Seaview Drive on a report of a male who appeared to be unconscious in the driver’s seat of a motor vehicle. During the investigation, the police arrested a 26-year-old male of Bayonne, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. He was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with 1 additional motor vehicle summons and he was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
On Jan. 13 at 9:46 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the area of County Avenue and Blanche Street on a report of a motor vehicle accident. During the investigation, police arrested a 27-year-old female of Carlstadt, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. She was issued her motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
On Jan. 14 at 7:04 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 45-year-old male of Jersey City, NJ for 2 outstanding warrants issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $600. He was able to post bail for the involved warrants, was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
On Jan. 15 at 1:33 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to White Toque located at 11 Enterprise Avenue on a report of a commercial burglar alarm. During the investigation, the police arrested a 36-year-old male of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union City, NJ in the amount of $500. The police also arrested a 34-year-old male of Union City, NJ for 2 outstanding warrants issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $600, along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Riverdale, NJ in the amount of $1,500 with a 10% option. Union City Police, Jersey City and Riverdale released both men on their own recognizance pending future court dates and they were released from police custody.
On Jan. 15 at 10:45 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 37-year-old female of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $2,500 with a 10% option, along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jefferson, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00 with a 10 % option, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $450 with a 10% option and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $200. She was able to post bail for the involved warrants, was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
