SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police, all of last week's arrests:

On Jan. 17 at 4:10 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 34-year-old male of Clifton, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Clifton, NJ in the amount of $1,000. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.

On Jan. 18 at 8:32 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 48-year-old male of Jersey City, NJ for two outstanding warrants issued out of Jersey City, NJ with no bail. He was issued 4 motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently transported to the Jersey City Police Department.

On Jan. 18 at 3:16 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to 2nd Street and Pandolfi Avenue on a report of a motor vehicle accident. During the investigation, the police arrested a 60-year-old female of Secaucus, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. She was issued her motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On Jan. 19 at 6:28 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Linden Police Department to take into custody a 28-year-old male of Philadelphia, PA for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $500. The Secaucus Municipal Court released on his own recognizance pending a future court date and he was released from police custody.

On Jan. 19 at 10:06 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Wayne Police Department to take into custody a 33-year-old male of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $500. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

On Jan. 20 at 4:40 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 28-year-old female of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus in the amount of $100. She was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 4 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On Jan. 21 at 3:44 a.m., Secaucus Police observed a motor vehicle stopped in the middle of Cove Court in Harmon Cove. During the investigation, the police arrested a 27-year-old male of Secaucus, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. He was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with 1 additional motor vehicle summons and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On Jan. 21 at 12:35 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Hudson County Superior Court located in Jersey City, NJ to take into custody a 43-year-old male of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $250 with a 10% option. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

On Jan. 22 at 4:37 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 42-year-old male of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ with no bail. He was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently transported to the Jersey City Police Department.

On Jan. 23 at 8:35 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 28-year-old male, Joseph Balderamosumanzo of Jersey City, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Cocaine [2C:35-10A(1)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Balderamosumanzo was issued his complaint summons along with 1 motor vehicle summons and he was released from police custody.

On Jan. 23 at 5:09 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 25-year-old male, Andrew Arias of Guttenberg, NJ for Receiving Stolen Property [2C:20-7A] for being in possession of a stolen license plate. Arias was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On Jan. 23 at 4:16 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to USA Wine Traders located at 101 Plaza Centre on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 23-year-old male, Norberto Tirado of Elizabeth, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)]. Tirado was also found to have four outstanding warrants issued out of Elizabeth, NJ in the amount of $2,000. He was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
