On Jan. 7 at 3:14 p.m., Secaucus Police observed a suspicious vehicle in the area of the Red Roof Inn located at 15 Meadowlands Parkway. A motor vehicle stop of the vehicle was conducted, where the police arrested a 31-year-old female, Kathleen Thomson of Philadelphia, PA for Possession of CDS believed to be Xanax [2C:35-10A(1)], Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)], Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, a knife [2C:39-5D] and Possession of a Hypodermic Needle [2C:36-6A]. Ms. Thomson was issued her complaint summons along with two motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
On Jan. 8 at 9:47 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 40-year-old male, Lawrence Quinn of Newark, NJ for one outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of Wall Township, NJ with no bail, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Wall Township, NJ in the amount of $600.00 with a 10% option, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $150.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $250.00 with a 10% option, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of East Newark, NJ in the amount of $500.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $2,500.00 with a 10% option. Officers from the Wall Township Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters to take custody of Mr. Quinn. Mr. Quinn was issued 5 motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of the Wall Township Police Department.

On Jan. 8 at 12:53 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 25-year-old male, Fabian Rojas of North Bergen, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Rojas was issued his complaint summons along with 5 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
On Jan. 8 at 5:58 p.m., Secaucus Police observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the parking lot of the Red Roof Inn located at 15 Meadowlands Parkway. During the investigation, the police arrested a 30-year-old male, Alexis Ortiz of the Bronx, NY for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Northvale, NJ in the amount of $750.00. Mr. Ortiz was released on his own recognizance pending a future court date. Mr. Ortiz was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.

On Jan. 8 at 11:47 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 26 year old male, Lee McFadden Jr. of Jersey City, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. McFadden was served his complaint summons along with 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
On Jan. 8 Secaucus Police responded to the Harper Apartment Complex located at 100 Park Plaza Drive on a report of unlawful use of a credit card. Following an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department, on Jan. 10 at 1:06 p.m., at The Harper Apartment Complex, the police arrested a 30 year old male, Kendel Frazier of Secaucus, NJ for Credit Card Theft [2C:21-6C(1)], Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card [2C:21-6H] and Identity Theft [2C:21-17A(1)]. Mr. Frazier was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On Jan. 9 at 9:15 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 45-year-old female, Shelley Slitzer of Parish, FL for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Ms. Slitzer was issued her complaint summons along with two motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
