SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus police, all the arrests in town last week:
On June 17 at 4:16 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting incident. During the investigation, the police arrested a 19-year-old female of North Charleston, SC for one outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $100. She was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.
On June 18 at 12:00 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus police arrested a 23-year-old female of Jersey City, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. She was served her complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On June 18 at 4:51 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 19-year-old female of Bayonne, NJ and a 20 year old female of Secaucus, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. The driver was also issued two motor vehicle summonses. They were issued their complaint summonses and were released from police custody.
On June 19 at 2:50 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Concentra located at 30 Seaview Drive on a report of a male on the property who possibly had an outstanding warrant. During the investigation, the police arrested a 46 year old male of Brooklyn, NY for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office with no bail. He was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On June 19 at 9:44 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to 280 County Avenue on a report of a suspicious male laying in the parking lot area. During the investigation, the police arrested a 26 year old male of East Orange, NJ for two outstanding warrants issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $2,000 and one outstanding warrant issued out of East Orange, NJ in the amount of $750. Both the Newark Municipal Court and the East Orange Municipal Court released him on his own recognizance and he was subsequently released from police custody.
On June 20 at 11:35 p.m., Secaucus police responded to the area of 303 Paulanne Terrace on a report of a suspicious male in a vehicle. During the investigation, the police arrested a 24-year-old male of South Hackensack, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. He was also issued three additional motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently released into the custody of a responsible adult.
On June 22 at 1:41 a.m., Secaucus police responded to the area of 500 Rt. 3 West on a report of a motor vehicle accident. During the investigation, the police arrested a 38-year-old male of Passaic, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. He was also issued one additional motor vehicle summons. He was served his motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
