Secaucus Police Blotter, May 1 - May 7
Someone left Legends diner without paying on Saturday, and was arrested by Secaucus Police and charged with theft of services:

SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police, all of last week's arrests:
On May 1 at 11:21 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to Home Depot located at 1055 Paterson Plank Road on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 27-year-old male, Eduardo Martinez of Jersey City, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)]. Mr. Martinez was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On May 2 at 4:33 p.m., a 65-year-old male, Andrew Kiernan of Secaucus, NJ entered Secaucus Police headquarters for the purpose of returning items that were reported stolen earlier in the day at the Meadowlands Plaza Hotel located at 40 Wood Avenue. Mr. Kiernan was placed under arrest and charged with Theft of Property Lost/Mislaid [2C:20-6]. Mr. Kiernan was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On May 2 at 3:55 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Kohl’s on a report of a shoplifting. Police arrested a 28-year-old female, Analisa Colon of Jersey City, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)] and Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3A(7)] for providing false information to the police. Further investigation revealed that Ms. Colon was also involved in a shoplifting incident at T.J. Maxx located at 3 Millcreek Drive. Colon was additionally charged with Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)] for the shoplifting at T.J. Maxx. Ms. Colon was issued two complaint warrants and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On May 3 at 4:15 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Home Depot located at 1055 Paterson Plank Road on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 48-year-old male, Mark Luglio of Union City, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)]. Mr. Luglio was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On May 5 at 5:05 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 36-year-old male, Colin Hogan of New Milford, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Heroin [2C:35-10A(1)], Unlawful Possession of a Weapon [2C:39-5D], specifically an Axe, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon [2C:39-5D], specifically a six-pointed sharp star, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon [2C:39-5D], specifically a Butterfly Knife and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon [2C:39- 5D], specifically a Rainbow colored Knife. Mr. Hogan was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On May 6 at 12:33 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Legends diner on a report of Theft of Services after an individual left the diner without paying for his meal. Police arrested a 33-year-old male, Abdul Franklin of Brooklyn, NY for Theft of Services [2C:20-8A]. Mr. Franklin was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On May 6 at 3:03 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the area of 5th Street and Centre Avenue on a report of an individual pulling on vehicle door handles. Police arrested a 51-year-old male, Sean Lawless of Rutherford, NJ for Burglary [2C:18-2A(1)] and Criminal Attempt of Burglary [2C:5-1A(1)]. Mr. Lawless was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
Money taken from wallet at Buffalo Wild Wings: At 11:35 p.m. on Saturday night, May 6, Secaucus Police responded to Buffalo Wild Wings on a report of a found wallet. Here is what happened:
Someone found the wallet in the parking lot and brought it to the Buffalo Wild Wings management. The individual who found the wallet also contacted the police desk to tell police he found the wallet. Secaucus Police went to the Buffalo Wild Wings Saturday night and found the wallet's owner, who said it was missing money.
Nicholas Georgetti, 29, of North Bergen is a waiter at Buffalo Wild Wings. Georgetti spoke to police and admitted to the officers that he had taken money out of the wallet. Police say he took approximately $604. At 1:51 a.m. on May 7, he was charged with Theft of Property Lost/Mislaid [2C:20-6]. He was issued a summons to appear in court and released from police custody.
