SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police, all of last week's arrests:
On 05/02/2022 at 9:05 AM, Secaucus Police responded to 560 Jefferson Avenue for the purpose of taking into custody a male believed to be at that location who was known by the Police Department to have an outstanding warrant. During the investigation, the police arrested a 42-year-old male of the Bronx, NY for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of West New York, NJ with no bail. He was subsequently transported to the West New York Police Department.
On 05/02/2022 at 12:06 PM, in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police following an incident of criminal trespassing that occurred at the Immaculate Conception Church located at 1219 Paterson Plank Road on 04/30/2022, the police arrested a 23-year-old male, Jose Santospena of Yonkers, NY for Criminal Trespass [2C:18-3A]. Santospena was taken into custody at Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road after Santospena entered Police Headquarters for an unrelated matter. He was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 05/04/2022 at 4:15 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 26-year-old female of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of East Orange Police Department in the amount of $750.00 with a 10% option. She was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued three motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
On 05/06/2022 at 11:23 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of 5th Street on a report of a group of individuals that had stolen a bicycle from a front yard. During the investigation, the police located the individuals involved in the area of 8th Street and Sampson Place. The police arrested a 14-year-old male of Union City, NJ for Receiving Stolen Property [2C:20-7A] and Criminal Trespass [2C:18-3A]. The police also arrested a 14-year-old male of North Bergen, NJ and a 12-year-old male of Jersey City, NJ for Criminal Trespass [2C:18-3A]. All three juveniles were issued their juvenile complaint summonses and were released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On 05/06/2022 at 4:52 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Bergen County Jail to take into custody a 38-year-old male of Ridgefield Park, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus in the amount of $100. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.
On 05/07/2022 at 4:07 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 28-year-old male of Little Ferry, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $100. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
On 05/07/2022 at 2:02 PM, Secaucus Police observed a vehicle parked in the Walmart parking lot located at 400 Park Plaza Drive that was impeding traffic. During the investigation, the police arrested a 20-year-old male, Christopher Figueroa of New York, NY for Defiant Trespassing [2C:18-3B] after previous interaction with the police in which he was advised that he was no longer allowed on the Walmart property. Figueroa was issued his complaint summons along with 6 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
