Secaucus Police Blotter, Nov. 21 - Nov. 27

A man is accused of pulling out a knife in an argument that broke out over a car collision last Tuesday night near the Harper apartments:

SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police, all of last week's arrests:

On Nov. 21 at 8:02 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 34-year-old man, Tommy Tinoco of North Bergen, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of North Bergen, NJ in the amount of $5,000 with a 10% option. Tinoco was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 6 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On Nov. 22 at 9:48 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 33-year-old woman, Quindeara Fleming of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $5,000 with a 10% option. The Newark Police Department did release Fleming on her own recognizance pending a future court date. Fleming was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.

On Nov. 22 at 11:41 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to The Harper apartments near Walmart on a report of a motor vehicle crash where one of the involved parties reportedly brandished a knife. During the investigation, the police arrested a 51-year-old man, Carlos Laborde of Secaucus, NJ for Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose [2C:39-4D]. Laborde was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On Nov. 23 at 3:55 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 26-year-old man Trevon Fuqua of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Livingston, NJ in the amount of $1,500. Fuqua was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued two motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On Nov. 26 at 7:34 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 39-year-old man, Marcus Jones of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ with no bail. Jones was issued two motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently transported to the Jersey City Police Department.
