South Amboy YMCA Invites Community to Free Open House on September 26

The South Amboy YMCA is opening its doors to the community with a free open house on Saturday, September 26, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 200 John T. O'Leary Boulevard.
The open house is a chance for neighbors of all ages and fitness levels to explore the Y, meet the staff who make it a welcoming place, and see what's new. Guests can get hands-on guidance with the Y's new Hammer Strength equipment, with staff on hand to show how to use each machine safely and make it part of a routine that works for them.
Starting at 8 a.m. and running throughout the day, visitors can also try a group exercise sampler featuring classes such as Yoga, Total Body, Build & Burn, and Spin. Whether someone is looking to build strength, find a little calm, or simply get moving alongside others, the sampler offers an easy, no-pressure way to find the right fit.

To make getting started even easier, anyone who joins the South Amboy Y during the month of September will have their Joiner's Fee waived.
