The open house is a chance for neighbors of all ages and fitness levels to explore the Y, meet the staff who make it a welcoming place, and see what's new. Guests can get hands-on guidance with the Y's new Hammer Strength equipment, with staff on hand to show how to use each machine safely and make it part of a routine that works for them.
Plus, we'll be running a group exercise sampler with the following schedule:&nbsp;
8 A.M. Total Body 9 A.M. Yoga 10 A.M. Chair Yoga 11 A.M. Total Body 12 P.M. Build &amp; Burn 2 P.M. Cycling 2 P.M. Chair Pilates 3 P.M. Chair Fitness
To make getting started even easier, anyone who joins the South Amboy Y during the month of September will have their Joiner's Fee waived.<a href="https://www.ymcaofmewsa.org/join" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Click here to become a member!</a>

Join us for a day of festive, family fun!&nbsp;The YMCA is excited to celebrate the Tot Trot &amp;&nbsp;Fall Festival for the 20th year. While the day is full of activities like running races (from crawlers to 12 years old!), face painting, a bounce house, DJ&nbsp;and more, it's also for a great cause. All proceeds support child care scholarships for families in our community, ensuring that all children have access to affordable, high quality care.
