SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — This week, the planning board is expected to hear an application for two warehouses on Commerce Drive.
Watchung-based LW Commerce Associates LLC has applied for final site plan approval for two warehouses totaling 50,650 square feet on a combined 7.794-acre site, according to application documents.
The property is located at 48-54 Commerce Drive and 44 Commerce Drive within the I-3 zone.

Around 20-28 parking spaces will be required for the property, according to documents. Currently, there are no variances requested.
