5 Crashes Total In Relatively Quiet South Brunswick Storm

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — South Brunswick police said they saw only a "handful" of minor crashes on Wednesday, as people listened to the warnings and stayed off the roads during what everyone hopes is this winter's final snowstorm.
"People listened to the warnings," said Deputy Police Chief Jim Ryan. "There were fewer crashes and incidents yesterday ... and there were only a handful of minor crashes."
In total, South Brunswick police received 151 911 calls Wednesday, with six from EMS, two of fire reports and only five from fender benders. One of those fires was a small truck fire at the local warehouse. No roads were closed as a result of the storm. The five accidents occurred on these roads:

South Brunswick schools were operating on a 90-minute delay Thursday morning.
