According to the East Brunswick Recreation Department’s Facebook page, the parade is scheduled to begin at 4:30 p.m. Friday.

Meanwhile, Wednesday’s episode of American Idol begins at 8 p.m., and the Gusto Grill on Route 18 in East Brunswick will host a viewing party that kicks off at 7:30 p.m.

Jackie Cole “Jax” Miskanic, is expected to perform “Empire State of Mind Part II,” and “Human,” according to NJ101.5.

According to myCentralJersey.com, Jax is returning to East Brunswick this week to film a segment for the show.

Mayor David Stahl told the newspaper that the parade will begin near Heavenly Farms and end at the Community Arts Center on Cranbury Road, where a concert will be held, weather permitting.
