Twenty nine artists working in various paint media were selected for this exhibit by juror Priscilla Snow Algava, an art specialist at South Brunswick High School who has also exhibited extensively. Ms. Algava's work is represented in corporate and public collections, and various private collections in the US, Argentina, Greece, Germany, Spain and Switzerland.

"…I looked for works which to me communicated passion on the part of the artist, skill in handling the chosen medium, and conceptual content. I was also moved by the artist's unique energy in the mark-making or brush-stroke and evidence of the joy of creation and discovery. The works chosen all inspired me as an artist or made me look at things in a new way. With these works of art, I felt like I was in a dialogue with the artist."
