While enforcement of traffic violations is Township-wide, these roads will get special attention from police from Oct. 27 - Nov. 2:
SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — For the week of Oct. 27 - Nov. 2, there will be extra South Brunswick police on the following roadways, looking for these common traffic violations:
While enforcement of traffic violations will continue throughout the Township and especially in school zones, these areas will receive additional focus:
- Location: Beekman Road
- Issue: Speeding, Improper Passing & School Bus Enforcement
- Times: 7:00am-8:00am, 3:15pm-5:30pm & 10:30pm-1:00am
- Location: Finnegans Lane
- Issue: Speeding, Careless Driving & School Bus Enforcement
- Times: 7:00am-9:00am, & 3:15pm-5:45pm
- Location: Ridge Road & Route 535
- Issue: Traffic Signals, Improper Passing, Cell Phones & Improper Parking
- Times: 7:00am-10:00am, 4:30pm-6:30pm & 10:00pm-11:30pm
- Location: Rt. 535 & Thatcher Rd
- Issue: Improper Turning/Passing, Signals & Obstructing the Intersection
- Times: 6:45am-9:30am & 4:15pm-6:30pm
