Open house attendees will be challenged to test their knowledge and skills of fire safety by participating in a scavenger hunt around the fire station, Fire Chief Scott Smith said.

Everyone will be tasked with finding answers to questions, demonstrating skills, and learning from mistakes made by others while having fun along the way. Participants will be rewarded with various prizes for correct answers during the hunt.
