First Aid Squad Officers Take Oath Of Office In South Brunswick

The Kendall Park First Aid and Rescue Squad need new members and request anyone 18 years or older to join the team.

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — The newly elected line and executive officers from the Kendall Park First Aid and Rescue Squad, took their oath of office on Wednesday evening.

Mayor Charles Carley, Councilwoman Ann Grover and South Brunswick Police Public Safety Officer Lt. John Penney administered the oath of office.

Brian Baylis was elected president, Ray Weis as vice president, Brian Low-Beer will serve as treasurer and Karthik Kalikiri as corresponding secretary, Chief Srini Vallury said.

Al Low-Beer, Frank Low-Beer, Nick Low-Beer will serve as trustees.

Vallury will serve as chief, Al Low-Beer as deputy chief, Scott Weis as captain and Mustafa Serang as Lieutenant.

2023 will be a momentous year for the KPFARS. “Alfred Low-Beer is completing 50 Years of Service with Kendall Park. He is still one of our Top 10 responders,” Vallury said. “He responded to 325 Calls in 2022.”

KPFARS is a volunteer squad that provides free services to residents. They are in need of new members and request anyone 18 years or older to join the squad. KPFARS provides all required training to new members.
