Local clergy lead a Continuing Community Conversation: Words That Hurt, Words That Heal: How Our Faith Informs How We Speak To Each Other

Join us for another award-winning Continuing Community Conversation event hosted by the South Brunswick Public Library, 110 Kingston Lane in Monmouth Junction. Be a part of the conversation with local clergy about how faith can affect communication in our communities. The public forum begins at 2 p.m. on Sunday, June 26 in Meeting Room A/B. All are welcome.
Join us as the Interfaith Clergy Association of the Greater South Brunswick Area leads an interactive conversation that looks at the ways our sacred texts promote both violent and non-violent communication. This will be an afternoon of facilitated table talks with open dialogue and refreshments. Conversation moderators include Rabbi Robert Wolfkov of B'nai Tikvah Temple, The Rev. Osy Nuesh of Six Mile Run Reformed Church, The Rev. Sharyl Dixon of Kingston Presbyterian Church, The Rev. Valerie Balling of St. Barnabas Episcopal Church, and The Rev. Beth Scibienski of Grace Presbyterian Church.
Presented as part of series of cultural conversations in partnership with the Interfaith Clergy Association of Greater South Brunswick, the South Brunswick Human Relations Commission and the South Brunswick Community Resource Team.
