SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — Good morning, neighbors. It's the first week of July. Here's this week's edition of the Monday manual where we tell you what's happening in town.

Traffic Enforcement

South Brunswick Police Department will be conducting the following directed traffic enforcement details through July 7:

  • West Side - Kingsley Road: speeding, distracted driving, and stop sign violations
  • East Side - Ridge Road (Monmouth Jct.): Speeding, distracted driving, and weight limit ordinance violations

Independence Day Celebrations

South Brunswick's Independence Day 2023 celebrations on Monday have been postponed due to the threat of thunderstorms. Festivities will now take place on July 7 at held at Crossroads South Middle School, 6 p.m. onwards. There will be music, food and fun. Fireworks start around 9 p.m.
