Man Killed in Pharmacy Robbery a South Brunswick High Graduate
The Bucks County District Attorney called Willie Bozarth's death "a public service" when asked if the shooter would be prosecuted.
SOUTH BRUNSWICK, N.J. -- The man who was shot and killed by a pharmacy owner while trying to rob a Pennsylvania pharmacy on June 3 is a graduate of South Brunswick High School, Patch has learned.
Willie Bozarth, 33, was killed as he attempted to rob the Pennsbury Pharmacy in Levittown, Pa., according to the Bucks County District Attorney's office.
Bozarth's last known address was in Sewell, Gloucester County, South New Jersey at the time of his death, but he is a graduate of South Brunswick High School. He played football at SBHS and was a member of the wrestling team. You can read his obituary here.

Bozarth was wearing a Halloween mask and carrying a shotgun when he walked into the pharmacy, police said. A clerk at the store grabbed his handgun and warned him numerous times to stop, according to NBC 10 Philadelphia, but when Bozarth jumped on the counter, he fired.
Bozarth was shot and killed by the pharmacy owner, identified in numerous reports as Kenneth Lee. A man waiting for Bozarth in the getaway car will be prosecuted, police said. His name is Kim Goldsboro.

The two had zip ties and were planning on tying up the clerk and robbing the pharmacy; they planned to grab as much cash and drugs as they could, police said.
On Monday, Bucks County District Attorney Dave Heckler said the owner of the pharmacy wouldn’t be prosecuted.
Lee “performed a public service" when he shot Bozarth, Heckler said in an on-air interview with 6ABC.
Heckler said there is “no thought” that his office would prosecute the shooter. “He was entirely justified and should be commended.”
"From what I can see, he performed a public service in taking out this fella," he said of the pharmacy owner.
