The Levittown pharmacy owner who fatally shot a would-be robber Friday will not face charges, Bucks County District Attorney Dave Heckler said.
Heckler, in an interview with 6ABC said there is “no thought” that his office would prosecute the shooter. “He was entirely justified and should be commended.”
The incident unfolded Friday morning, when Willie Bozarth, 33, entered the Pennsbury Pharmacy on New Falls Road with a gun and jumped the counter, authorities have said. He was attempting to rob the store, but was shot first by the pharmacy owner, identified in numerous reports as Kenneth Lee.
