Pixilate Your Sweet Tooth with a Wine and Chocolate Tasting on Dec. 1

The weekend starts on Thursday night with the Wine and Chocolate Evening at Cafe Nicole in Princeton.

Learn which is the best wine to serve with your favorite chocolate while sipping and tasting a variety of selections at the SBPL Foundation's NEW! Wine & Chocolate Evening on Thursday, Dec. 1 at Cafe Nicole in the Holiday Inn Princeton on Route 1, northbound. Festivities begin at 6:30 p.m. Enjoy expert presentations and door prizes, along with hors d'oeuvres, desserts, and more. Tickets are $55 each. Chef Kir Rodriguez, Instructor and Pastry Coordinator at The International Culinary Center in New York City, will present the differences among chocolate percentages and wine/chocolate pairings.

Karen Azzarello, an independent chocolatier with Dove Chocolate Discoveries, will discuss chocolate tempering and candy-making.
