Road Work Starts May 31 on Rt. 27 and Rt. 518

The most likely area of congestion will be the Kingston stretch of Rt. 27, police said.

South Brunswick, NJ - Road work will begin on Tuesday, May 31 in the area of Rt. 27 and Rt. 518, South Brunswick police announced Wednesday.

The road work will occur from May 31 to August 5 in that area, police said. The work will take place Monday – Friday from 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. That schedule is weather-dependent and is subject to change.

The most likely area of congestion will be the Kingston stretch of Rt. 27, police said. Drivers are encouraged to use alternate routes during that time period to avoid traffic congestion.
