Rt. 1 North Roadwork Begins Wednesday

South Brunswick, NJ - Reminder: Starting Wednesday, March 16, a nearly 7-mile stretch of Rt. 1 North in South Brunswick Township will be partially closed at night for road work.

The areas of impact will be Rt. 1 North between Raymond Road and Aaron Road. The road work will occur between the hours of 9:30 p.m. and 6 a.m., Monday through Sunday, and will cause lane closures at times. The specific areas of road work will change daily and will be weather dependent.

Drivers are warned to be prepared for traffic in those areas for the next several weeks. Please plan alternate routes if possible, South Brunswick police said.
