Sound Healing Group Session with the Didgeridoo

Monday, February 8, 2016, 7 to 9:30 PM at the Center for Relaxation and Healing at Plainsboro

A Taste of Australia....

Bringing a taste of the sounds and flavor of Australia to Plainsboro, this workshop with Gazel and Lang includes a meditation focusing on intent and grounding, followed by meditative didgeridoo sounds where you are encouraged to receive and relax. You will also learn about nature & benefits of the Didgeridoo in addition to where buy a didgeridoo, learn to play, and ways it helps to improve your health. Gazel and Lang will offer solo didgeridoo performances with the native American flute. You will hear different didgeridoos played at the event including bamboo, teak wood, and eucalyptus. This event is a great introduction to the benefits of the didgeridoo. You will experience inspiring and healing world music that invites you into a deep state of relaxation/meditation.

BIO: Gazel is a licensed massage therapist. He has been playing Didgeridoo for 3 years and continues to connect to the instrument in new ways. Diving into traditional/meditative grooves to more modern rhythms, he also accompanies the didgeridoo with the native American flute and other instruments including the kalimbas, drums, and voice.
