South Brunswick Senior Living Residents Get COVID-19 Vaccines
Residents and staff at Brandywine Living in Princeton were recently administered the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine.

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ – Residents of an assisted living center in South Brunswick recently received the COVID-19 vaccine.
Brandywine Living in Princeton partnered with CVS Pharmacy to administer the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine to residents.
Kirt Wedemeyer, 95, said he was glad to get the vaccine because he "needed it."

“I think this is an incredible breakthrough to be able to have a vaccine so quickly," he said.
The senior living center held several clinics across all their centers to inoculate residents and frontline team members.

Meanwhile, South Brunswick reported 107 new COVID-19 cases and seven related deaths for the week of Jan. 3 to 9. Several of the new COVID-19 cases are connected to an outbreak at a long-term care facility.

At least 20 clinics are scheduled to take place across Brandywine Living centers in the upcoming weeks, which will see almost every resident and team member vaccinated by the end of January.
